Her diverse HR background spans multiple industries, including government, information technology, healthcare, media, nonprofit organizations, automotive services and retail giving her a well-rounded understanding of the unique challenges businesses face when managing their people and organizational needs.

Grounded in a background in Human Resources Management (B.S.) and Human Capital Management (M.S.), along with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, AVA HR Solutions combines professional expertise with a genuine passion for helping businesses create stronger teams, healthier workplaces, and sustainable HR practices.
